Boots!
I love these boots! I so wish I could afford them, but they are $200 bucks. Sorel has just become a favorite brand of mine.

Forbes Magazine listed Bowling Green as No. 19 in its recently announced Best Small Places for Business and Careers on www.forbes.com.
"I'm proud to see that Bowling Green has again been recognized by this prestigious magazine for the business and career opportunities we offer here," said Bowling Green Mayor Elaine Walker. "Forbes provides more evidence for what we already know–that Bowling Green is a great place to live, work and raise a family."
This is the second year in a row that Bowling Green has appeared on the list. Forbes determines these rankings based on cost of labor, energy, taxes and office space, and the magazine provides rankings on cost of doing business, job growth, educational attainment and metropolitan area size. In terms of population, the list includes metro areas ranging from 56,000 to 239,000.
"The workforce in Bowling Green-Warren County is one of the best in the nation," said Warren County Judge Executive Michael Buchanon. "As we continue our economic development efforts throughout South Central Kentucky, the recognition we receive is due to the strength of our business community."
"Recognition in publications like Forbes and Site Selection Magazine, in which we were ranked last month, gives our community valuable publicity on a national scale," explained Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce Chairman Todd Davis. "This type of recognition affirms that our work in the region is paying off as we maintain a strong workforce through our recruitment, expansion and training efforts."

My iPod is in Memphis, Tennessee!
My iPod arrived in Indianapolis, Indiana this Morning!
I am stalking my iPod….
It was shipped from Kunshan, China. Then it arrived in Shanghai, China.
From there it was sent to Anchorage, Alaska.
I will check again in the morning.
Okay, I have been eyeing one for months now, but I kept resisting. I kept saying “no, no, it can wait”. Unfortuntly a colleague flew in to work on a joint project. Don’t get me wrong, it was great to see him. However, he had an iPod touch. I drolled. He said “here, play with it”. I was relunctant…at first. I tried not to. I tried not to want to. It was too alluring. I could not take the temptation! I had to touch the touch. I gently craddled it in my hand. The contoured design fitting perfecting into my outstreched hand. Lightly brushing my fingers against its polished stainless steel. The electricity flowed through my body. I knew immediatly that it was love. Or at least lust. I was overfilled with passion! I had to have it. I knew I could not live without it. I stumbled to my desk in a haze. My hand trembled as I typed in the web address to the Apple store. In a moment of blind desire I had ordered one of my own. I know this relationship is going to be harmful (at least on my checkbook), but I, also, know that for now I don’t care.
